Where resilience is Forged

My Approach -

I work with individuals, couples, and families facing all kinds of challenges—whether that's navigating relationship conflicts, parenting hurdles, men’s issues, grief and loss, or wrestling with perfectionism and staying motivated. I also have a special focus on supporting people living with ADHD or autism, as well as families raising neurodivergent kids.

My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you feel truly heard and understood. So many of the people I sit with are working to make sense of their emotions, step out of reactive patterns that no longer serve them, and build deeper, more meaningful connections—with themselves and the people who matter most. Whether you're feeling stuck in old patterns or going through a big life transition, I see therapy as a collaborative journey shaped around your unique experiences and what you hope to achieve.

I draw from evidence-based approaches like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to gently explore the deeper emotions and parts of you that influence your behaviors and relationships. Together, we'll look not just at what's happening on the surface, but at the "why" underneath—so you can move forward with greater clarity, from awareness to behavior change.

No matter what brings you here, I'm committed to helping you feel more grounded, more connected, and better equipped to handle life's ups and downs with resilience and self-compassion.

My Background -

Before becoming a therapist, I spent 14 years in applied behavior analysis (ABA), working closely with families raising children on the autism spectrum. I supported children and their families across many different environments — in their homes, schools, clinics, and even during everyday outings like grocery shopping or doctor visits. For many of those years, I worked with many different therapy teams, including OT and speech therapist.I also led weekly social skills groups for children diagnosed at Level 1 and Level 2.

One of the most meaningful parts of that work was being invited into families’ daily lives. I witnessed firsthand how the intense demands of raising a child on the spectrum often created unique stress and isolation that most families don’t experience. Marriages frequently felt the strain, and parents often carried heavy emotional loads with limited support.

This experience deeply shaped my path. It is my goal as a couples therapist to help strengthen the foundation of these families by supporting the couple first — creating space for connection, communication, and resilience so they can navigate life’s challenges together.

Outside the Office -

When I’m not in session, I love spending time outdoors. You’ll often find me hiking, kayaking, or camping with my family. I also enjoy cooking on a grill or Blackstone. On quieter evenings, I unwind by watching movies of all genres.
